1/8" Walnut - Blemished

These sheets didn't pass the quality check due to minor nicks, blemishes or chips in the veneer on either the face or back. If you're making earrings, ornaments or other projects that don't require edge to edge cutting and engraving they're a great way to save on costs as 95% of the sheet is blemish free! 

This 1/8" Walnut Plywood combines the beauty of genuine Walnut veneers on the face and back with the strength and stability of an MDF core, creating the ultimate material for your next laser project. 

The beautiful Walnut veneers on front and back are bonded to the MDF core to create a stunning surface with a rich texture and warm color. The plywood is sanded to a smooth finish, making it easy to work with and ready to use straight out of the box.

• 3.9mm ≈ (+/- .15mm)

Grade:  A1, MDF core

• High quality face and back free of flaws or blemishes. Face and back veneers are Walnut.

Grain/Texture:  Grain is usually slightly interlocked, but is sometimes straight. Medium, uniform texture, with a high level of natural luster.

*The downside to any material 1/4" and thinner is that it has a tendency to not stay perfectly flat. It can cup or warp based on changes in temperature, humidity and how it's stored. It’s not because it’s bad plywood but just an effect of the size. Until you're ready to use it, we recommend storing your wood in a balanced temperature environment that's not exposed to drastic changes in humidity or temperature with it weighted down to prevent cupping or warping.
